22-Jun-23: '80% of Catalans live under 'tense housing market'
The Catalan Government has more than doubled the number of towns they officially declare to be in a 'tense housing market' zone, from 60 to 140, covering around 80% of the population of Catalonia, and the vast majority of the Barcelona metropolitan area.
