Casa Orsola in Eixample is a symbol of Barcelona's housing crisis
Casa Orsola is a beautiful modernist building in the center of the Catalan capital. But it has also become a symbol of the housing crisis in Barcelona. Built just under a hundred years ago by Italian businessman Joan Orsola, the building was bought by Lioness Inversiones in October 2021 for over €5 million.
