Beyoncé will perform at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium on June 8 as part of her Renaissance world tour.
Tickets for the concert will go on sale on February 10 at 10am on the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites.
The Barcelona gig is one of 40 in Europe and North America promoting Beyoncé's latest album, Renaissance, released last year.
Her first solo tour since 2016 will kick off in Stockholm on May 10 and finish up in New Orleans on September 27.
The European leg includes dates in Stockholm, Brussels, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Sunderland, Paris, London, Barcelona, Marseille, Cologne, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Warsaw.
'Queen Bey', as she is affectionally known by her fans, is just one of the many pop and rock superstars set to hit the Catalan capital this year, alongside names like Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay, Elton John and Madonna.
