Spanish prime minister to 'not back down' in demanding construction of MidCat pipeline

The Spanish prime minister, Pedro Sánchez, said his government will not "back down" in demanding construction of MidCat half-finished pipeline. For him, it is not "a bilateral matter" between the Iberian peninsula and France, but an issue affecting the whole of the EU.
