A third person has been arrested in relation to the Barcelona attack yesterday on La Rambla. The Catalan home affairs minister, Joaquim Forn, announced this morning that the suspect was in the northern town of Ripoll when he was detained. The police is looking for another suspected, called Moussa Oukabir. Meanwhile, the police took down five suspected terrorists in a vehicle in the middle of the night in Cambrils, on the southern Catalan coast, Forn said. The car ran over some people in the town’s maritime promenade, leaving six people injured. One of them died this early morning in Tarragona hospital, authorities confirmed. The death toll of both attacks is now 14.
