Catalan police, the Mossos d'Esquadra, have identified one of the alleged suspects of the Barcelona terrorist attack and have released his picture. He is Driss Oukabir, in his 20s, originally from Marselle. Police sources confirmed to ACN that he is now a resident in Ripoll, a small town in northern Catalonia. Agents have found a van allegedly used by terrorists to flee the scene of the attack in the town of Vic, which is not far from Ripoll. Authorities have confirmed that two people have been arrested, although it is not clear whether one of them is Oukabir or if this suspect is still at large.
