The Symphonic Orchestra of Barcelona and National of Catalonia (OBC) performed in Amsterdam with a concert at the prestigious Het Concertgebouw hall.

Conducted by Jan Willem of Vriend, invited by the OBC, the performance on Sunday included the actuation of the young pianist Haanes Minnar.

Minnar interpreted the concerto for piano and orchestra number 9 by Mozart called “Jeunehomme.”

The conductor asserted that he is “extraordinarily proud” to bring the OBC to the prestigious Het Concertgebouw hall and to have “sold out.”

Although Willem said he performed with “many Dutch orchestras in this hall,” he noted that this occasion was “very special” because he was able to work with a group that he “respects so much.”
