Paul Kalkbrenner, Sevdaliza, Laurent Garnier, Kittin b2b David Vunk, VTSS, Adriatique, and Soto Asa are among the 60 names announced by the electronic music festival on Tuesday.

Other artists added to the lineup include DJ Tennis, Anetha, Richie Hawtin, Jennifer Cardini b2b HAAi, Danny Tenaglia, and DJ Flight & MC Chickaboo.

They will perform in Barcelona from June 13 to 15, joining the likes of already-announced Charlotte de Witte, Floating Points, Kaytranada, Jessie Ware, Ben Böhmer, Vince Staples, and Folamour, as well as French duo Air paying tribute to their iconic debut album, 'Moon Safari'.

The festival will once again be held across two venues, Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via, "tuned to the frequency of now with a program of dance music icons, innovators from all eras, and radical performances."

Part of the programme will also be dedicated to how widespread use of Artificial Intelligence is "shaping the present and future of the creative industries."

In total, Sónar 2024 will feature more than 200 shows, DJ sets, projects and activities, featuring artists, technologists, scientists and creative industry specialists from more than 30 countries.

Barcelona is set to become the epicenter of electronic music and cultural innovation for three days, organizers say, with events split into various streams, including Sónar by Day, Sónar by Night, Sónar+ D and OFFSónar.
