Electronic music festival Sónar has released the first part of its 2024 lineup, with huge names among the first 70 announced to perform. 

Charlotte de Witte, Floating Points, Kaytranada, Jessie Ware, Ben Böhmer, Vince Staples, and Folamour are among the names confirmed to play in Barcelona next June 13-15. 

Toya Delazy, Kerri Chandler, The Martinez Brothers, Reinier Zonneveld live, Olof Dreijer, Surgeon & Speedy J, and TOMMY CASH are also among the names annoucned.

The prominence of dance music in this edition of the festival will allow fans to discover artists that are as radical as they are groundbreaking, ranging from the drill and noise of Blackhaine, Lee Gamble's 'Models' project co-produced with the Polish festival Unsound and with choreography by the promise of the performance Candela Capitán, and the 'hakke' dances at more than 180 bpm from 'The Hakke Show' by Gabber Eleganza.

'PHYSIS' from ASIANDOPEBOYS consists of a six-hour multidisciplinary show with stunning visual effects, avant-garde choreography and a rotating cast of artists on stage., as Sónar once again pushes the boundaries of this field of contemporary culture. 

The Sónar+D digital culture meeting will serve to expose the relationship between technology and nature, as well as the most innovative practical uses of artificial intelligence in sound, gaming and alternative realities, scenography, cinema, music and the arts in general. Among the guests will be great art personalities such as Tomás Saraceno and Nicole L'Huillier.
