ERC: self-determination 'can't be exchanged' for Spanish budget

<p>The pro-independence Esquerra (ERC) party has ruled out approving the Spanish government general budget for 2019, thus leaving the future of president Pedro Sánchez up in the air. "The freedom of jailed leaders and self-determination can’t be exchanged for some extra funding in Spain’s general budget," said ERC spokesperson Marta Vilalta.
