The Catalan parliament has called on the government to engage in a permanent dialogue within the country and with Spain. This, four days before the first meeting between the Catalan and Spanish presidents. Some pro-independence and unionist parties voted together today in a parliamentary motion over the political conflict between Catalonia and Spain.After months of unprecedented tension between both blocs, this comes as something new.
