<p dir="ltr"><span>They share the same diagnosis – dialogue is needed in Catalonia. But what to discuss was the issue in today’s summit of political parties. </span>It was meant to be an all-party meeting to lower tensions and engage in dialogue, but in the end it was attended by only four of the seven groups in the chamber.
